Sr. Architect, John Fickenscher has completed the rigorous VI3 training and certification program. John has been with ICI for the past 3+ years working as a CLARiiON Solutions Architect with a specialty in scripting, replication and disaster recovery for Exchange, SQL, ORACLE and SAP.

"John has been such an exceptional resource for us and had always exhibited some interest in Virtualization" says Jamie Shepard - Vice President of Technology Solutions for ICI, Shepard goes on to say "we approached John many months ago during a QBR session and asked if he would be interested in diving deep into the Virtualization World at ICI and asked for his commitment to help ICI continue to drive our Virtualization message and practice".

Fickenscher jumped at the opportunity like a University Of Michigan Wolverine linebacker would jump on an Ohio State running back, "I'm in 100%!" said Fickenscher.

ICI then put John on the VM shadow program for 2 months before he went to class to learn the entire VM process from assessments to deployment. John passed his test with flying colors and has been doing several VMware deployments. Congratulations John from all of us at ICI.
