Today EMC Executives held a special Channel Session at EMC's World Headquarters in Hopkinton, to better understand and outline their Global Channel Strategies. ICI is part of the Global Partner Advisory Board, was requested to attend this session along with ICI's Vice President of Technology Solutions Jamie Shepard, CTO of Emerging Markets and Technology, Tarun Singh, and with Eric Ransden ICI's Director of Business Development.

During the session, ICI was able to exchange thoughts, ideas, areas for improvements on both sides as well as overall Channel Strategy moving forward. "This session was another indication of how committed EMC is to making their Channel Program a World Class Model. The intensity of the EMC Executive Committe, to fully understand the challenges that companies like ICI might have in the field was made very clear to all of the ICI folks in attendance", commented Eric Ransden. "Tarun Singh says, "I felt an incredible sense of urgency on EMC's behalf to fine tune and/or remedy some of the areas that were not clear to ICI, we got direct answers to our questions, immediate resolution to our concerns and spectacular feedback and follow-up from the entire EMC Executive Committee, this was amazing and well done by EMC"
