The ICI SANI.T.y Check service is a technical assessment of an existing CLARiiON - NAS- DMX - SYMM5 Array. The service delivers a system evaluation focused on Interoperability, using the EMC E-Lab Navigator, and a overall review of the Array performance and configurations. The SANI.T.y Check service uses a consultative approach combined with EMC tools and discovery scripts to deliver recommendations on any known interoperability issues, and a review of the current Array performance and an EMC best practices review of the Array configuration.
The service validates the environment using EMC Service tools and reviews the current configurations with EMC Engineering Best Practices. You then receive a Final Report that includes executive summary, identified storage configuration and performance deficiencies, along with recommended corrections, and recommendations for improvements to the current configuration.
SANI.T.y Performance Assessment is a higly specialized, in-depth, review of your SAN's performance for ORACLE, SQL, EXCHANGE, SAP, and other highly transactional applications with specific emphasis on modifying known best practices for your unique environment. |
